Our Quality Guarantee
We want you to have peace of mind when choosing us as your custom home builder or renovator. All of our new homes are registered with TARION and we offer statutory warranty coverage for all our work for up to seven years.
What's covered in statutory warranty coverage? We protect your deposits and financial loss for contract homes, provide compensation for delays in closing or occupancy, protection against unauthorized substitutions, one and two year warranties for certain defects in work and materials, and a seven year warranty for major structural defects.
Tarion ensures new home buyers receive the statutory warranty coverage they are entitled to. Statutory warranty coverage is different from the warranties for items provided by manufacturers, suppliers or subcontractors (such as appliances or flooring). Claims for these items should be made directly to the product provider.
